And He said unto me, "My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me."
2 Corinthians 12:9

Not Much

Well, I don't have a whole lot to say. The seizures have picked back up...I've already had four this morning. Two were in my sleep and were pretty intense.

A HUGE prayer request would be for the Mayo Clinic. We have had a million people (drama) encourage us to get to the Mayo Clinic. When I was diagnosed with POTS, we started the process. Most of their POTS specialists are at the Arizona location. That was about the time that B was applying for dental school in AZ and so it seemed like a great option. With all of the stuff that has popped up in our lives since then, that didn't happen.

Just though I would insert a random pic of our little guy (Hank) when I
woke up the other morning. He is snuggled up in the crook of B's legs
wanting that belly rubbed. He has started sleeping like this quite often.

So, as you know, after my visit with the doc last week, when he said he thought surgery was the only option, I decided to dig a little deeper into Mayo. They called back about an hour after I did the online appt. request. Now, my neuro has to actually refer me. So, that is where one of the big prayers comes in to play. I called his office within minutes of hanging up with Mayo asking them to call Mayo and do the referral. We have yet to hear back from any of them.

Then, Mayo has to actually accept my case. The blessing with Mayo is that they look at the whole patient and there is a team of docs. So, instead of all my doctors here saying they need to refer to another specialty when I mention a concern, they are all working together to see how each part of my body could contribute to the other! Fancy that!

The Mayo Neuro Clinic we would need to go to is in Minnesota. So, prayers that God will begin to provide for that. Affordable places to stay, affordable travel, etc.

Also, today is the day that my neuro is, hopefully, presenting my case to the conference to see if anyone else has ideas on the cause of all this and possible treatments (other than brain surgery).

Here are a few more random pics from yesterday. I don't know how well you can see them.
It rained and all of the birds came out and started bathing in the bird bath we have in the backyard.
It was so cute!
