Praise report is that Princess seemed to have fewer seizures
after one day on the new meds! However, please continue to pray for her as we
are seeing some extreme tachycardia as her heart is beating incredibly out of
control.
The next day was truly a God-given day. We were incredibly exhausted, but it was for
very good reason. While still doing some
research regarding Princess’ new medication and trying to get back in with her first
doctor to ask some more questions, we made several calls to try to get in
sooner with the second specialist (her appt. was scheduled for the first part
of July). Being assured of no openings
for the day, we did elect to at least drive to the office to find out where it
was located as they were successful in getting an evening appointment for the
following night. While this was not
desirable, it was a step closer to getting in with this specialist.
We drove to the clinic and I went inside and ironically (or ALL
God), at that particular time the current patient had not shown, the
appointment was a time slot for a new patient, and they were going to see us
right away since we were there! Praise
the Lord! While we were not able to
spend as much time with this specialist as we had the day before, she was able
to confirm a lot of things for us and even put down some phone appointments for
us for the future that would allow for us to come back home and be assured that
we would still get good attention and care from her and her clinic. Truly it was a long and exhausting day, but a
blessed assurance that God is in control.
He opened multiple doors and opportunities and we feel confident about
the direction we’re going.
Please continue to pray for God’s guidance and ultimately
Princess’ healing! Thank you!
